Q: What is the P.A.U.S.E. Process and why was it developed?

A:  We live in a fast paced society and move so quickly that we are not taking the time to slow down and review our own lives, ensuring we are making effective decisions and choices that are congruent with our values, desires and goals.  As a consultant for 20 years, many of my coaching and training sessions are dedicated to helping people be more conscious and courageous in the spontaneous Moments of Choice, so that they can mean what they say and say what they mean, when they need to and choose, at significant Moments of Choice, such that they are creating the life they want

Q: Who could benefit from The P.A.U.S.E. Process?

A: The P.A.U.S.E. Process is for those people who are committed to live a more conscious and courageous life so that they can make decisions, in the moment of choice, that are congruent with their values, goals and dreams.
