Susan K. Wehrley's P.I.P.P Executive Coaching Process:
After our discovery, we will then set up mutually agreed upon goals so that we can benchmark your success, and agree upon a Level 1: You are stuck in past patterns that no longer serve you, yet you are unsure what the patterns are. You are aware, however, of the difficult people and difficult situations in your life, but not the part you play in the interactions and dynamics. At this level, we examine issues of self-doubt, self-worth and competency. What do you believe about your self that is causing you to get stuck in these difficult situations with these difficult people? Level 2: You are aware of how these difficult situations and but are hooked by self-doubt. You want to make a change but keep getting stuck because you are afraid of the unknown. Here we look at your fears and insecurities about the future. Are you afraid of failure? Of success? What do you believe about the unknown? At this level of development, we help you with a new vision for your life and relationships and give you new tools and techniques to create new results. Level 3: You are aware of what's not working for you in your life, but you are unclear about what choices you could make in the moment as opportunities are present. Here we work on re-claiming your true-self and your voice, so that you are clear in your thinking and proactive in your choices based on your heart's direction, not imposed "boxes", restrictions or attachments to outcomes and illusions. At this stage we help you trust your gut to alert you, listen to your heart to guide you and rely on your mind to make it clear about the best choices you can make in the moments that present themselves to you, so that you are creating the results you want, and not giving into visceral reactions of the past. Level 4: You know what you want, trust yourself pretty well and are conscious and pro-active in your choices. But the question you are unclear about is: what is your purpose and passion in life? You are feeling effective, but not fulfilled. At this stage we help you to connect your past experiences and your pain to your purpose. This is the stage of true empowerment and enlightenment, where we connect with our intuitive knowing. Depending on where you are in these levels of development, your commitment can range from 4-16 sessions. Arrangements can be made to coach at my office, your office, or on the phone.
