Here's how it works: At Susan K. Wehrley & Associates, Inc. we take Organizational Development seriously. After 21 years in business, we realize that in order to get your Organizational Development to meet or exceed your Business Development, we need to have a 5-Step Proven Performance Process that begins with identifying the root cause/need for lower performance. When we have done that, our training and coaching program ensures we have selected the specific skill sets needed to enhance performance. Read on and you will see how our 5- Step Proven Performance Process can work for you! Step #1: Assessments: We offer Company-wide assessments, tailor-made to survey your employees so that we can discover the root needs for a Tailor-made Training program that will guarantee results and transorm your employees, culture and results into the change you envision. Step #2: Tailor-made Training: We offer Tailor-made Training with skills chosen just for your company and your people. These skills are identified from the assessment above and will help your people to clearly understand the company's direction, expectations, standards and procedures expected for improved performance, as well as give them the skills to carry the expectations through. Our Tailor-made Training will include workshops with individual manuals for each of your employees conducted with a focus on "How might we improve communication, collaboration, performance, sales, customer service and ultimately results?" The program will be specifically geared toward your company and it's needs.
Step #3: Coaching: After the training is completed, we offer employee and group coaching to help your people apply the skills they just learned to need to difficult issues and ineffective communication dynamics which are stiffling creativity and collaboration within your company. Step #4: Standards, Accountability and Benchmarking: Often times performance is not just about skill training. Most often it also includes having the best practices and standards in place and holding your people accountable to following them on a daily basis. Clearly defined standards of communication, accounting, pricing, manufacturing and service will create a synergistic team based on trust, when everyone follows them faithfully. After working with you to create these standards, we will help you use our Accountability System to benchmark progress and success.
